The TH-100 horizontal machining center is crafted from premium Mahanoy cast iron and designed with a box-type structure. It undergoes proper annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring the material is tough and durable. Coupled with its box-type structure and high-rigidity body design, the machine boasts sufficient rigidity and strength. It exhibits excellent heavy-cutting resistance and high reproducibility accuracy, without generating any overturning moments throughout the entire process.

The guide rails and screw rods of the entire machine utilize a pressurized centralized timing and quantitative lubrication system, employing advanced pressurized metering components in the oil circuit for oil quantity control. It is capable of adjusting the oil supply cycle and quantity to each lubrication point, and achieves fully automatic centralized lubrication through electrical system control.
The casting processing utilizes high-precision pentahedral gantry machining, which allows for the completion of milling, drilling, tapping, and other operations on all five surfaces with just one setup; this reduces setup errors and enhances machining accuracy.
The machine tool utilizes a high-precision spindle assembly from Taiwan, capable of reaching speeds up to 6000rpm/min. It also features a spindle air curtain device to ensure stable spindle accuracy and extend its lifespan. The rotary table can be equipped with either a 1°×360° or a 0.001° configuration.
The entire machine adopts imported heavy-duty high-precision roller guides, capable of withstanding heavy cutting loads and exhibiting excellent stability. The Z-axis, serving as the cutting axis, is equipped with a 65-roller heavy-duty guide to ensure processing stability and meet various processing conditions.
The X/Z axes utilize Φ63 ground C3-grade high-precision high-thrust lead screws, paired with imported angular contact bearings in sets, with bilateral support and pre-tensioning to ensure transmission accuracy.
