Our TH-63S is equipped with a dual-swapping rotary table, which allows for the clamping of workpieces on the outer table during the machining process. This synchronizes the clamping time with the machining process, eliminates ineffective actions, reduces table swapping time and non-machining time, saves time for workpiece replacement, achieves uninterrupted machining, and saves labor costs. It has obvious advantages for machining parts with short machining time, frequent clamping, and high takt time requirements, greatly improving utilization.
Multi-face machining, high efficiency
After being clamped once on the TH-63S horizontal machining center, the workpiece can automatically change various tools and adjust the spindle speed. The indexing turntable can continuously complete multiple processes and multi-face machining, such as milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, spot facing, and tapping.

The machine tool adopts a "T" shaped structure, featuring a movable column (Z-axis), a vertically movable headstock (Y-axis), and a horizontally movable worktable (X-axis), and is equipped with a dual-swapping rotary worktable.
The basic large components are all cast using high-quality resin sand molding and high-strength cast iron materials, ensuring high rigidity and stable precision for the machine tool.
The main castings have undergone finite element analysis, with rational rib layout, fully meeting the needs of high-torque cutting for machine tools.
The imported spindle unit is selected for its high speed, high precision, and low noise, fully meeting the requirements of boring, milling, and drilling processes.
The bed guide rail (X-axis), column guide rail (Z-axis), and headstock guide rail (Y-axis) all utilize imported heavy-duty roller linear guide rails, which feature low friction, strong load capacity, minimal vibration at high speeds, no creeping at low speeds, and high positioning accuracy.
